Surf Clothing

There are many kinds of surf clothing available, ranging from board shorts to more general surfing-themed apparel. Brands such as Hurley, Quicksilver and Ocean Pacific all specialize in surf-themed clothing, including everything from flip-flops to T-shirts.

Board shorts are one of the most popular items of surf clothing. These basically started out as swimming trunks exclusively, but now are worn on the beach more casually. Board shorts are lightweight, durable, comfortable, and they dry quickly. As a result, they can be worn as everyday attire, which can be very useful especially if you like to go surfing often.

One of the biggest benefits of board shorts is the fact that they dry quickly. They also come in a variety of different styles, and can be worn in daily situations, unlike a full-on wetsuit, which you will have to change into when you go surfing. That doesn’t necessarily mean board shorts are better, but if you plan to go straight to the beach after school, they can be ideal.
